How do I select my state?
As New
The item has never been used. It is in pristine condition, with no signs of use, no marks, and no tears. You will receive a brand-new product.
In excellent condition
The product has been used very little and is in impeccable condition. The material is beautiful, sturdy, and flawless. There may be some subtle signs of use, but these do not affect its functionality in any way.
Good condition:
The item is in good overall condition. However, it may show visible signs of wear, such as loss of elasticity, scuff marks, stains, pilling, or scratches. Some hardware (buckles, carabiners) may show signs of oxidation. The item has been cleaned and disinfected and remains fully functional.
Condition: Worn:
A used item with significant signs of wear. The material is less plump, less uniform, and may have defects such as snags, holes, or heavy wear. Metal parts may be more oxidized (rusty). Despite its history, it remains usable for less demanding applications.

Our Tips
- Before putting your beanie in the washing machine, remove any loose fibers using a brush or a rubber lint remover. Use lint-removing solutions to remove as much as possible.
- If your hat has delicate embellishments (rhinestones, sequins, etc.), place it in a laundry bag or turn it inside out to protect it. Then simply put your hat in the washing machine, use a natural detergent, and set it to a quick cycle at 30°C or lower.
- Let it air dry, and your hat will be just like new!
