As New
The item has never been used. It is in pristine condition, with no signs of use, no marks, and no tears. You will receive a brand-new product.

Good condition:
The item is in good overall condition. However, it may show visible signs of wear, such as loss of elasticity, scuff marks, stains, pilling, or scratches. Some hardware (buckles, carabiners) may show signs of oxidation. The item has been cleaned and disinfected and remains fully functional.
Condition: Worn:
A used item with significant signs of wear. The material is less plump, less uniform, and may have defects such as snags, holes, or heavy wear. Metal parts may be more oxidized (rusty). Despite its history, it remains usable for less demanding applications.

- Use a brush to remove hair and sand from your plastic shell covers.
- All you have to do is run your protective covers under water, clean them with a brush and natural soap, rinse them, and let them air dry. Using a cloth, apply a plastic polish to the shell. Your protective covers will look brand new!
Tip: If your protective gear is made of sheepskin, once it's dry, be sure to brush it with a bristle brush (plastic or metal) for the best results.

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are estimated at €4.99 from France and Belgium. Return shipping costs from other countries are listed in our Terms and Conditions. For logistical reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges; instead, we will provide a refund or store credit. 😊
