As New
The item has never been used. It is in pristine condition, with no signs of use, no marks, and no tears. You will receive a brand-new product.
In excellent condition
The product has been used very little and is in impeccable condition. The material is beautiful, sturdy, and flawless. There may be some subtle signs of use, but these do not affect its functionality in any way.
Good condition:
The item is in good overall condition. However, it may show visible signs of wear, such as loss of elasticity, scuff marks, stains, pilling, or scratches. Some hardware (buckles, carabiners) may show signs of oxidation. The item has been cleaned and disinfected and remains fully functional.
Condition: Worn:
A used item with significant signs of wear. The material is less plump, less uniform, and may have defects such as snags, holes, or heavy wear. Metal parts may be more oxidized (rusty). Despite its history, it remains usable for less demanding applications.

- Before putting a Rug the washing machine, it is essential to remove as much lint and dirt as possible using a brush.
- In general, it is recommended that you follow the washing instructions on the textile label. Most blankets should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30°C using a specialized detergent and without fabric softener.
- Raincoats should be re-waterproofed after washing (some waterproofing agents can be added to the washing machine during the wash cycle).
