We have carefully selected the source of our bentonite clay to ensure that this exceptional material offers exemplary quality and purity. Bentonite clay is a natural compound consisting of three complementary clays: montmorillonite, illite, and kaolinite.

• Structured Water. It is extremely important to the effectiveness of our poultice, so we pay the utmost attention to it. In our recipe, we use water with a very specific structure that has been purified of all electromagnetic interference—an essential factor in optimizing the natural adsorption properties of bentonite clay.

WHY AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

Bentonite clay has a very distinctive structure: the atomic planes form layers, which in turn form sheets. This sheet-like structure is of the utmost importance because it is what gives bentonite clay its three main recognized properties:

• The ability to absorb fluids: It has an astonishing ability to absorb interstitial inflammatory fluids (inflammation of muscles and tendons), as well as secretions produced by wounds.
• Strong adsorption capacity: it attracts toxins and microbes. Adsorption is a physicochemical phenomenon. Bentonite clay is loaded with positive ions that can be exchanged with ions from another medium. It acts like a magnet, absorbing and binding a large number of toxins while releasing beneficial minerals.
• Remarkable astringent properties: that is, it tightens the tissues through its contracting action.

Our poultice works in four phases:

- 0 to 10 min: cooling effect

Directions for Use:

Apply a thick first coat against the grain, then a second coat with the grain.

Let it air dry for best results.

Remove the poultice using a damp sponge or by rinsing it off directly under running water.

May be removed up to 24 hours after application.

Can be used on the entire body except for mucous membranes.
