As New
The item has never been used. It is in pristine condition, with no signs of use, no marks, and no tears. You will receive a brand-new product.
In excellent condition
The product has been used very little and is in impeccable condition. The material is beautiful, sturdy, and flawless. There may be some subtle signs of use, but these do not affect its functionality in any way.
Good condition:
The item is in good overall condition. However, it may show visible signs of wear, such as loss of elasticity, scuff marks, stains, pilling, or scratches. Some hardware (buckles, carabiners) may show signs of oxidation. The item has been cleaned and disinfected and remains fully functional.

A used item with significant signs of wear. The material is less plump, less uniform, and may have defects such as snags, holes, or heavy wear. Metal parts may be more oxidized (rusty). Despite its history, it remains usable for less demanding applications.

Our Tips
Directions for Use: Shake well and apply directly to the affected area once or several times a day until improvement is seen. No prior cleaning is necessary (unless there are signs of infection requiring veterinary care).
Once the skin wound has closed and the healing process is complete, you can apply Mango Repair to soften the skin and stimulate hair growth.
