As New
The item has never been used. It is in pristine condition, with no signs of use, no marks, and no tears. You will receive a brand-new product.
In excellent condition
The product has been used very little and is in impeccable condition. The material is beautiful, sturdy, and flawless. There may be some subtle signs of use, but these do not affect its functionality in any way.
Good condition:

Directions for Use:
Après avoir nettoyé (et si besoin séché) la zone d’application, munissez vous d’un pinceau et appliquer le baume sur la corne, la sole, la fourchette et les glomes en insistant bien sur la paroi et la couronne périoplique. En cas de lacunes molles et douloureuses ou de fourchettes « pourries », appliquer 1 fois par jour jusqu’à amélioration.
Utilisation optimale: 1 an après ouverture.
