Only items that meet the criteria of the MYVER Sellerie service will be accepted. Please note that upon receipt of the items, our teams will inspect the products and reserve the right to revise their offer if the items’ condition does not match the description provided. If one or more items do not meet the criteria, you will receive a second offer based on the actual condition of the products. You may decline this new offer; in that case, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the affected items.

Your article must:

  • To be fully functional
  • Must not have any major defects that impair its functionality or use.
  • Have all the inner labels (brand, composition, care instructions, product code, size)
  • Has not been repaired or modified
  • Must not be personalized (embroidery, identification marks, etc.)
  • Only the items listed on the form are included

An item from collections that are too old may be subject to an additional discount or even rejected.

How is my trade-in offer calculated?

The trade-in offer is automatically calculated by our online estimator based on several key criteria:

  • ✅Brand and modelof the item
  • ✅Overall condition(new, very good, good, needs refurbishment)
  • ✅Demand in the secondhand equestrian market
  • ✅New priceof the item

Our databases are updated regularly to ensureaccurate and consistent estimates based on market trends and new-construction prices.

💡 For an accurate estimate, please describe the condition of your item in detail and select the correct option.

Thanks to our exclusive partnership with Kentucky Horsewear, you can increase the trade-in value of your items by 50%in the form ofa gift card valid on their website.

Example: Offer of €100 = €150 Kentucky gift card.

Which brands do you accept for trade-ins?

We only accept items from the eligible brands listed in ouronline estimator.

This selection changes based on:

  • The Request for Purchase and Resale
  • The Value of the Price on the Secondhand Market
  • The quality required for remanufacturing

If your brand is not listed, we unfortunately cannot make you an offer.

Which items are eligible for trade-in?

We mainly buy used tack and horse equipment, such as saddle pads, blankets, gaiters, and bridles.

🚫 The following items arenot accepted: saddles, safety equipment (riding helmets, airbags), rider apparel, bits, and grooming products.

An item from collections that are too old may be subject to an additional discount or even rejected.

To be republished, an article must:

  • ✅ Be functional and unmodified
  • ✅ Must not be personalized (embroidery, visible name)
  • ✅ Being part of a rebranded company
  • ✅ Be listed in the estimator
What happens if my article is rejected?

An article may be rejected for the following reasons:

  • Brand/model not listed
  • Condition: Too Damaged
  • Customization or modification
  • Rejection of a Counteroffer

The reshipment of your items is not automatic and is done only upon request. A fee of 10 € is required to cover the costs associated with verifying and processing returned items.

Shipping costs for returning refused items are charged as an additional fee, starting at €3.99, and vary depending on the destination country or the shipping method selected.

Items not claimed after 20 days will be donated to a charity.

What is the payment deadline after the resale?

The payment will becredited to your Myver wallet immediatelyafter our team verifies the package.

No need to wait for the final resale: Myver handles the refurbishment and resale.

Options for using your balance:

  1. Shop on our website using store credit
  2. Receive a Kentucky gift card worth 50% more (Immediate conversion)
  3. Request a bank transfer (5 business days)
Can I send just one item?

Aminimum of 3 items is requiredto qualify for free shipping.

To be eco-friendly, bundle your items or arrange a combined shipment with other Riders.

You may resell fewer than 3 items if you drop them off directly at our warehouse at the address listed on the website.
